Simple Gesture Detector Based on TE0706 with TE0720-2IF and Ultrasonic Range Finder PmodMAXSONAR
Description
This application note and evaluation package describes use of an evaluation package for the a simple gesture detector based on ultrasonic range finder Digilent PmodMAXSONARTM implemented on FPGA module Trenz TE0720-2IF plugged into Trenz TE0706 carrier. It recognizes two gestures, moving hand to the left and to the right. These gestures are translated to commands that are sent via RS232 interface (PmodRS232TM. It is intended to use with access control system designed by IMA company as a demonstrator in SILENSE project.
